Flugten fra Maze Fængsel fandt sted den 25. september 1983 i County Antrim, Nordirland. HM Fængsel Maze var et højtsikkerhedsfængsel, der blev betragtet som et af de mest flugtsikre fængsler i Europa, og det holdt fanger, der blev mistænkt for at deltage i bevæbnede paramilitære kampagner under Unrest. I den største fængselsflugt i britisk historie, flygtede 38 midlertidige irske republikanske hærfanger fra H-Block 7 i fængslet. En fængselsvagt døde af et hjerteanfald under flugten, og tyve andre blev såret, herunder to der blev skudt med våben, der var smuglet ind i fængslet.
