Queen Alexandra Hospital i Cosham, Portsmouth, er et af NHS-hospitalerne, der betjener byen Portsmouth og de omkringliggende områder. Der er flere små behandlingsstationer, der er åbnet for at aflaste overbelastningen på QA Hospital. Det er offentligt ejet og administreres af Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust og har en tilknyttet Ministeriet for Forsvars Hospitalsenhed.
Oprindeligt et militærhospital, blev Queen Alexandra bygget mellem 1904 og 1908 for at erstatte et tidligere hospital, der stod i Lion Street i Portsea, Portsmouth. De oprindelige bygninger var af rød murstenskonstruktion, og stedet var i et overvejende landligt område, forbundet med Portsmouth og de omkringliggende landsbyer via en Tramsservice.
