Het Queen Alexandra Ziekenhuis in Cosham, Portsmouth, is een van de NHS-ziekenhuizen die de stad Portsmouth en de omliggende gebieden bedient. Er zijn verschillende kleine behandelposten geopend om de overbelasting van het QA-ziekenhuis te verlichten. Het is openbaar eigendom en wordt beheerd door de Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust en heeft een Einheit van het Ministerie van Defensie attached.
Oorspronkelijk een militair ziekenhuis, werd het Queen Alexandra gebouwd tussen 1904 en 1908 om een eerder ziekenhuis te vervangen dat in Lion Street in Portsea, Portsmouth stond. De originele gebouwen waren van rode baksteen en de locatie bevond zich in een grotendeels landelijk gebied, verbonden met Portsmouth en de omliggende dorpen door een tramdienst.
