L'hôpital Queen Alexandra à Cosham, Portsmouth, est l'un des hôpitaux du NHS servant la ville de Portsmouth et la région environnante. Plusieurs petits postes de traitement ont été ouverts pour soulager la surcharge à l'hôpital QA. Il est propriété publique et est administré par le Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust et dispose d'une unité d'hôpital attachée au ministère de la Défense.
À l'origine un hôpital militaire, le Queen Alexandra a été construit entre 1904 et 1908 pour remplacer un hôpital antérieur qui se trouvait dans Lion Street à Portsea, Portsmouth. Les bâtiments d'origine étaient en brique rouge, et le site était dans une zone largement rurale, relié à Portsmouth et aux villages environnants par un service de tramway.
