L'ospedale Queen Alexandra a Cosham, Portsmouth, è uno degli ospedali NHS che serve la città di Portsmouth e l'area circostante. Ci sono diversi piccoli punti di trattamento che sono stati aperti per alleviare il sovraccarico presso l'ospedale QA. Originariamente un ospedale militare, il Queen Alexandra fu costruito tra il 1904 e il 1908 per sostituire un precedente ospedale che si trovava in Lion Street a Portsea, Portsmouth. Gli edifici originali erano in mattoni rossi, e il sito era in un'area per lo più rurale, collegata a Portsmouth e ai villaggi circostanti da un servizio di tram.
