Scarva er en lille landsby og bydel i County Down, Nordirland. Den ligger på grænsen til County Armagh, som er markeret af Newry Canal. I den seneste folketælling i 2001 havde den en befolkning på 320.
Scarva er berømt som stedet for "Sham Fight" Pageant den 13. juli hvert år. Pageanten tiltrækker tusinder af medlemmer af Royal Black Preceptory, en gruppe knyttet til Orange Order, som kommer for at marchere og iscenesætte en symbolsk genopførelses af slaget ved Boyne i 1690.
