Scarva est un petit village et un territoire dans le comté de Down, en Irlande du Nord. Il se trouve à la limite avec le comté d'Armagh, qui est marqué par le canal de Newry. Lors du recensement de 2001, il avait une population de 320.
Scarva est célèbre en tant que lieu du "Sham Fight" Pageant le 13 juillet de chaque année. Le Pageant attire des milliers de membres du Royal Black Preceptory, un groupe lié à l'Ordre d'Orange, qui viennent défiler et mettre en scène une reconstitution symbolique de la bataille de la Boyne de 1690.
