Scarva è un piccolo villaggio e territorio nella Contea di Down, Irlanda del Nord. Si trova al confine con la Contea di Armagh, segnato dal Canale di Newry. Nel Censimento del 2001 aveva una popolazione di 320.
Scarva è famosa come la sede del "Sham Fight" Pageant il 13 luglio di ogni anno. Il Pageant attira migliaia di membri del Royal Black Preceptory, un gruppo legato all'Ordine di Orange, che vengono a marciare e a mettere in scena una rievocazione simbolica della Battaglia del Boyne del 1690.
