Newry og Mourne Distriktsråd var et lokalt råd i Nordirland. Det fusionerede med Down Distriktsråd i maj 2015 under omlægningen af den lokale regering i Nordirland for at blive Newry, Mourne og Down Distriktsråd.
Det omfattede meget af sydlige del af County Armagh og sydlige del af County Down og havde en befolkning på over 99.000. Rådets hovedkvarter var i Newry, den største bosætning og eneste by i området; det har en befolkning på 28.850. Andre byer i rådets område inkluderede Crossmaglen og Bessbrook i County Armagh samt Warrenpoint, Rostrevor, Hilltown, Annalong og Kilkeel i Down.
