El Consejo del Distrito de Newry y Mourne fue un consejo local en Irlanda del Norte. Se fusionó con el Consejo del Distrito de Down en mayo de 2015 bajo la reorganización del gobierno local en Irlanda del Norte para convertirse en el Consejo del Distrito de Newry, Mourne y Down.
Incluía gran parte del sur del Condado de Armagh y el sur del Condado de Down y tenía una población de más de 99,000. La sede del consejo estaba en Newry, el asentamiento más grande y la única ciudad de la zona; tiene una población de 28,850. Otras localidades en el área del consejo incluían Crossmaglen y Bessbrook en el Condado de Armagh y Warrenpoint, Rostrevor, Hilltown, Annalong y Kilkeel en Down.
