Akropolis på Rhodos er en antik akropolis, der især blev udvidet i perioden fra det 5. århundrede f.Kr. til det 3. århundrede f.Kr. Den ligger cirka tre kilometer fra centrum af den moderne by Rhodos på den egnede ø i Grækenland. Fundene fra udgravningsstedet er delvist blevet rekonstrueret. Man kan besøge et tempel for Apollon samt et for Athena Polias og Zeus Polieus, desuden et stadion og et lille odeion. Omgivelserne er blevet udformet som en park. Monte Smith-parken er opkaldt efter den engelske admiral i Napoleonskrigene, William Sidney Smith.
