Den Belgiske Skole i Athen; er en af de 19 udenlandske arkæologiske institutter, der opererer i Athen, Grækenland.
Den Belgiske Skole blev officielt akkrediteret i 1985, selvom belgisk arkæologisk aktivitet i Grækenland går tilbage til 1960'erne. Den har i lang tid været knyttet til udgravningerne i Thorikos. Siden 2007 har den også været involveret i en udgravning ved Sisi.
