Graven af Aigisthos kaldes et tholos-grav i Mykene. Ifølge klassificeringen af Alan Wace tilhører det den første tholos-gruppe og dateres til den sene helladiske periode. Det er det yngste tholos-grav i denne gruppe i Mykene og blev opført omkring 1470 f.Kr.
Graven blev opkaldt efter Aigisthos, elskeren af Klytaimnestra, skønt det er usandsynligt, at han blev begravet her. Pausanias rapporterede, at Klytaimnestra og Aigisthos ikke måtte begraves inden for bymurene på grund af mordet på Agamemnon. Derfor blev de to tholos-grave vest for akropolis tildelt disse to mytiske personer. I dag ved man, at byen strakte sig endnu længere mod vest, og at disse grave befandt sig inden for Mykene, men man beholder stadig disse betegnelser.
