Apidima-hulen er et kompleks af fire små huler beliggende på den vestlige kyst af Mani-halvøen i det sydlige Grækenland. En systematisk undersøgelse af hulen har givet Neandertal- og Homo sapiens-fossiler fra den paleolitiske æra.
Et kraniefossil, givet navnet Apidima 1, viser en blanding af moderne menneskelige og primitive træk og er dateret til at være mere end 210.000 år gammelt, ældre end et Neandertal-kranie fundet i hulen, hvilket ifølge nogle fortolkninger gør Apidima 1 til det ældste bevis på Homo sapiens, der levede uden for Afrika, det næstældste er maxillaren fra Misliya-hulen, Mount Carmel, Israel, med en maksimaltal på omkring 190.000 år siden. Apidima 1 er mere end 150.000 år ældre end tidligere H. sapiens-fund i Europa.
