Pogoni er en kommune i Ioannina regional enhed, Epirus, Grækenland. Kommunens centrum er landsbyen Kalpaki. Kommunen har et areal på 701,059 km2. Dens befolkning var 8.960 ved folketællingen i 2011.
Pogoni blev beboet ved slutningen af den neolithiske periode. Historisk set var regionen beboet af den gamle græske stamme Molossianerne. Sammen med resten af Epirus blev området annekteret af Kongeriget Grækenland i 1913 efter den Første Balkankrig. Pogoni var også hjemsted for den 268. patriarch af Konstantinopel, Athenagoras I.
