Shannon Pot eller Legnashinna er en sø i det karstiske landskab i byområdet Derrylahan nær Cuilcagh Mountain i County Cavan, Irland. En aquifer-forsynede naturligt svingende sø, det er den traditionelle kilde til River Shannon.
En tidlig reference til Potten findes i Book of Magauran. Digt X, strofe 2, sammenskrevet c. 1349 af Giolla na Naomh Ó hUiginn, som siger: Innte a-tá an tiobra as dtig Sionann/sruth as uaisle i n-Inis Fháil .
