St. James' Church er en tidligere kirke tilhørende Church of Ireland i James's Street, Dublin, Irland. Grundlagt i 1707, blev den tilsvarende sogn, som blev adskilt fra det nærliggende St. Catherine's, etableret i 1710. Der havde været et helligsted dedikeret til St. James ved det nærliggende St. James's Gate, et stop for pilgrimme, siden middelalderen. Det er blevet foreslået, at den nuværende kirke ligger tæt på stedet for en kirke til St. James af Compostella, som først nævnes i midten af det 13. århundrede.
