L'église Saint-Jacques est une ancienne église de l'Église d'Irlande située sur la rue James, à Dublin, en Irlande. Établie en 1707, la paroisse correspondante, qui a été séparée de celle de la proximité de Saint-Catherine, a été fondée en 1710. Il y avait un sanctuaire dédié à Saint-Jacques près de la Porte de Saint-Jacques, un point d'arrêt pour les pèlerins, depuis le Moyen Âge. Il a été proposé que l'église actuelle soit près de l'emplacement d'une église dédiée à Saint-Jacques de Compostelle qui est mentionnée pour la première fois au milieu du XIIIe siècle.
