St. James' Church is een voormalige kerk van de Church of Ireland in James's Street, Dublin, Ierland. Opgericht in 1707, werd de bijbehorende parochie, die was gescheiden van die van het nabijgelegen St. Catherine's, opgericht in 1710. Er was sinds de middeleeuwen een heiligdom gewijd aan St. James bij de nabijgelegen St. James's Gate, een tussenstop voor pelgrims. Er is voorgesteld dat de huidige kerk dicht bij de locatie van een kerk voor St. James van Compostella ligt, waar voor het eerst in het midden van de 13e eeuw naar verwezen wordt.
