La Iglesia de San Jacobo es una antigua iglesia de la Iglesia de Irlanda en James's Street, Dublín, Irlanda. Establecida en 1707, la parroquia correspondiente, que se separó de la cercana parroquia de Santa Catalina, se estableció en 1710. Ha habido un santuario dedicado a San Jacobo en la cercana Puerta de San Jacobo, un punto de parada para peregrinos, desde la época medieval. Se ha propuesto que la iglesia actual está cerca del sitio de una iglesia dedicada a Santiago de Compostela que se menciona por primera vez a mediados del siglo XIII.
