Knockalla Fort er en af flere napoleonske batterier, der blev bygget langs kysterne af Lough Swilly i amt Donegal for at forsvare det nordvestlige Irland. Det var en del af et plan for at befæste Lough Swilly og Lough Foyle mod fransk invasion under de revolutionære og napoleonske krige og blev færdiggjort mellem 1812 og 1813. På den anden side af Lough ligger Fort Dunree. Fæstningen blev bygget på stedet for en midlertidig befæstning, der først blev bygget i 1798.
