Clonfert er en lille landsby i østlige County Galway, Irland, halvmåne mellem Ballinasloe og Portumna. Landsbyen giver sit navn til Clonfert bispedømme. Clonfert Katedral er en af de otte katedraler i Church of Ireland, Bispedømme Limerick og Killaloe. Katedralen for det romersk-katolske bispedømme Clonfert ligger i Loughrea og huser Skulpturen af Vor Frue af Clonfert. Tre kirker ligger i denne sogn, St. Brendan's Eyrecourt, St. Francis Meelick og Clonfert. Dens nuværende sognepræst er Fr. Declan McInerney og dens biskop Michael Duignan.
