Kilmacthomas eller Kilmactomas, ofte omtalt lokalt som "Kilmac", er en by ved floden Mahon i County Waterford, Irland. Den ligger ved R677, en vej nord for N25 national primærvej fra Dungarvan til Waterford.
Under den Cromwellianske erobring af Irland, i december 1649, marcherede Oliver Cromwell fra Waterford til Kilmacthomas under belejringen af Waterford. Vejret var vådt og stormfuldt, og floden var i flod, så hæren kunne ikke krydse. To nætter blev tilbragt i det felt, der nu er den offentlige park. Det siges, at Cromwell beskrev Waterford amt på sin march fra Waterford til Kilmacthomas om vinteren i 1649 som et klippefyldt og øde sted.
