Kilmacthomas o Kilmactomas, spesso chiamato localmente "Kilmac", è una città sul fiume Mahon nella contea di Waterford, Irlanda. Si trova sulla R677, una strada a nord della N25, la strada primaria nazionale da Dungarvan a Waterford.
Durante la conquista cromwelliana dell'Irlanda, nel dicembre 1649, Oliver Cromwell marciò da Waterford a Kilmacthomas durante l'assedio di Waterford. Il tempo era umido e tempestoso e il fiume era in piena, così l'esercito non riuscì a attraversarlo. Due notti furono trascorse nel campo che ora è il parco pubblico. Si diceva che Cromwell avesse descritto la contea di Waterford durante la sua marcia da Waterford a Kilmacthomas nell'inverno del 1649 come un luogo roccioso e desolato.
