Kilmacthomas of Kilmactomas, vaak lokaal aangeduid als "Kilmac", is een stad aan de rivier de Mahon in de County Waterford, Ierland. Het ligt aan de R677, een weg ten noorden van de N25 nationale hoofdbaan van Dungarvan naar Waterford.
Tijdens de Cromwelliaanse verovering van Ierland, in december 1649, marcheerde Oliver Cromwell van Waterford naar Kilmacthomas tijdens het Beleg van Waterford. Het weer was nat en stormachtig en de rivier stond buiten haar oevers, zodat het leger niet kon oversteken. Twee nachten werden doorgebracht in het veld dat nu het openbare park is. Cromwell zou Waterford county tijdens zijn mars van Waterford naar Kilmacthomas in de winter van 1649 hebben beschreven als een steile en verlaten plek.
