Clare Island Abbey er et tidligere cistercienserkloster på Clare Island i County Mayo ved Irlands nordvestkyst. Det ligger nær den sydlige kyst af Clare Island.
Klosteret blev angiveligt grundlagt i 1224 af O'Malley-familien og fungerede som deres gravplads. Det tilhørte som datterkloster af Knockmoy Abbey til filiationen af primærklosteret Clairvaux. Klosteret blev fornyet i 1460. Senere blev abbediet ifølge forskellige oplysninger til et karmelitterkloster. Siden 1895 har det været et nationalmonument. Fra 1990 til 2000 blev der udført restaureringsarbejde.
