L'Abbazia di Clare Island è un'ex abbazia cistercense situata sull'isola di Clare Island, nella contea di Mayo, al largo della costa nord-ovest della Repubblica d'Irlanda. Si trova vicino alla costa meridionale di Clare Island.
L'abbazia sarebbe stata fondata nel 1224 dalla famiglia O'Malley e le servì come tomba. Era un convento figlio dell'abbazia di Knockmoy, appartenente alla filiazione della primaziale di Clairvaux. L'abbazia fu rinnovata nel 1460. In seguito, secondo varie fonti, divenne un convento di Carmelitane. Dal 1895 è un monumento nazionale. Dal 1990 al 2000 sono stati eseguiti lavori di conservazione.
