Scartaglen eller Scartaglin er en landsby og et bydelsområde i Sliabh Luachra-området i County Kerry, Irland. Det ligger på den regionale vej R577, tæt på byen Castleisland. Ifølge folketællingen fra 2011 havde bydelsområdet Scartaglin en befolkning på 163 mennesker.
Den lokale romersk-katolske kirke er dedikeret til Vor Frue af Lourdes og blev bygget mellem 1928 og 1930. Scartaglin National School er en co-educational folkeskole, som havde over 120 elever tilmeldt i skoleåret 2020. Den lokale Gaelic Athletic Association klub, Scartaglin GAA, stiller hold i East Kerry Division.
