Eupilio kommune ligger 16 km fra byen Lecco og har et areal på cirka 6,5 km². Den ligger på skråningerne af Mount Cornizzolo, i en højde mellem 258 og 1.140 m over havets overflade, i et område beliggende i hjertet af det høje Brianza, kendetegnet ved præ-alpine bakker og tilstedeværelsen af to søer: Søen Segrino, der ligger i den nordvestlige del af kommunen, og Søen Pusiano, i den sydøstlige del.
