La commune d'Eupilio est située à 16 km de la ville principale de Lario et a une superficie d'environ 6,5 km². Elle se trouve sur les pentes du mont Cornizzolo, à une altitude comprise entre 258 et 1 140 m d'altitude, dans une région située au cœur de la haute Brianza et caractérisée par des collines préalpes et la présence de deux lacs : le lac du Segrino, situé dans la partie nord-ouest du territoire communal, et le lac de Pusiano, dans la partie sud-est.
