Colonna er en kommune i den Metropolitanby Rom i den italienske region Latium, beliggende cirka 20 kilometer sydøst for Rom, på Albanerbjergene. Med en befolkning på cirka 4.300 er det den mindste af Castelli Romani.
Territoriet i Colonna menes at have inkluderet det antikke samfund Labici, der ligger i området af den moderne kommune Monte Compatri. Labici blev erobret i 418 f.Kr. af romerne under diktatoren Quintus Servilius Priscus Structus Fidenas og blev jævnet med jorden. Labicani grundlagde derefter Labicum Quintanas nær Torre di Pasolina nær Colonna. Stedet er kendt som Ad Quintanas, en station på Via Labicana, mellem Rom og Ad Bivium.
