Provinsen Lecce er en provins i Apulien-regionen i Italien, hvis hovedstad er byen Lecce. Provinsen kaldes "Italiens hæl". Beliggende på Salento-halvøen er det den næstmest folkerige provins i Apulien og den 21. mest folkerige provins i Italien.
Provinsen dækker et areal på 2.799,07 kvadratkilometer og har en samlet befolkning på 802.807. Der er 97 kommuner i provinsen. Den er omgivet af provinserne Taranto og Brindisi mod nordvest, Det Ioniske Hav mod vest og Adriaterhavet mod øst. Denne beliggenhed har etableret det som en populær turistdestination. Det har været styret af romerne, byzantinske grækere, karolingerne, lombarder, arabere og normanner. De vigtige byer er Lecce, Gallipoli, Nardò, Maglie og Otranto. Dens vigtige landbrugsprodukter er hvede og majs.
