Agnelpasset ligger i de Cottiske Alper på grænsen mellem Italien og Frankrig. Med sine 2744 meter højde er denne pasvej en af de højeste i Europa. Fra oktober til og med maj er passet lukket for trafik på grund af store snemængder.
Passet kan nås i sommersæsonen fra Italien via Valle Varaita og fra Frankrig gennem dalen ved Aigue Agnelle i den regionale naturpark Queyras. Vejene er ret smalle og tæt på toppen også temmelig snoede. Fra pasets højde er der udsigt til den 3841 meter høje pyramide af Monviso, Pain de Sucre og Crête de la Taillante. Passet er udgangspunktet for vandreture til Col Vieux og Col de Chamoussière.
