Colle Quirinale er en af de syv bakker, som Rom blev grundlagt på. Med dette navn henvises der også til den officielle bolig for Præsidenten for den italienske republik, som har til huse i den homonyme palads.
Quirinale, sammen med Viminale, blev i oldtiden kaldt collis par excellence, i modsætning til de andre montes. Der blev genkendt nogle toppe, såsom Collis Latiaris, Mucialis og Salutaris. Quirinalis i snæver forstand var den østlige del af bakken, hvor templet for Quirinus og porten i Servian-murene lå. Den maksimale højde af bakken, 50,9 meter, nås i haverne ved Palazzo del Quirinale.
