Synagogen i Casale Monferrato, en by i den italienske region Piemonte, blev bygget i 1595. Den ligger på Vicolo Salmone Olper.
Den jødiske menighed i Casale Monferrato var i århundreder en stor og velstående jødisk samfund, hvilket gjorde det muligt for dem at bygge denne storslåede synagoge, som bruges til gudstjeneste den dag i dag. Synagogen, som er bygget i barokstil, har et monumentalt Torah-skab. På begge sider af Torah-skabet findes store stukarbejder, der forestiller Jerusalem og en anden ikke identificerbar by. På væggene findes mange hebraiske indskrifter, som blandt andet vedrører synagogens historie.
