Sarca er en flod, der springer fra Adamello-Presanella bjergene i de italienske Alper og løber ud i Gardasøen ved Nago-Torbole. Som en udsender af søen bliver den kendt som Mincio.
Floden er lavvandet og løber hurtigt, passerer gennem Val di Genova og danner en række vandfald, hvoraf Cascina Muta og Saft dei Can er de mest kendte. Inden den når Val Rendena, bliver en del af dens vand afledt til et vandkraftværk. Derefter bliver dens strøm mindre og mindre tumultarisk. De vigtigste steder ved floden inkluderer Carisolo, Pinzolo, Tione di Trento, Le Sarche, Ponte Arche og Ragoli.
