Der Sarca ist ein Fluss, der in den Adamello-Presanella-Bergen in den italienischen Alpen entspringt und bei Nago-Torbole in den Gardasee fließt. Als Emissär des Sees wird er als Mincio bekannt.
Der Fluss ist flach und fließt schnell, passiert das Val di Genova und bildet eine Reihe von Wasserfällen, von denen Cascina Muta und Saft dei Can die bekanntesten sind. Bevor er das Val Rendena erreicht, wird ein Teil seines Wassers zu einem Wasserkraftwerk umgeleitet. Dann wird sein Fluss immer weniger tumultartig. Die wichtigsten Orte am Fluss sind Carisolo, Pinzolo, Tione di Trento, Le Sarche, Ponte Arche und Ragoli.
