Bispen San Marino-Montefeltro er et romersk-katolsk bispesæde beliggende i Italien og San Marino med sæde i byen Pennabilli. Bispedømmet tilhører kirkeprovinsen Ravenna-Cervia og er sammen med bispedømmerne Cesena-Sarsina, Forlì-Bertinoro og Rimini suffragan under ærkebispedømmet Ravenna-Cervia.
Bispedømmet Montefeltro blev grundlagt i det 9. århundrede. Det var suffragan til Ravenna. I 1154 blev bispedømmet som immediatum underlagt den Hellige Stol. Den 4. juni 1563 blev bispedømmet Montefeltro suffragan til ærkebispedømmet Urbino. Pave Gregor XIII flyttede den 25. maj 1572 med den apostolske konstitution Aequum reputamus sædet for bispedømmet fra San Leo til Pennabilli. Den 22. februar 1977 blev navnet på bispedømmet ændret til San Marino-Montefeltro og igen suffragan til Ravenna.
