Bispen dømmet Biella er et romersk-katolsk bispedømme beliggende i Italien med sæde i byen Biella i den navngivne provins. Bispedømmet tilhører kirkeprovinsen Vercelli og er, sammen med bispedømmerne Alessandria, Casale Monferrato og Novara, suffragan til ærkebispedømmet Vercelli.
Bispedømmet blev oprettet den 1. juni 1772 af pave Clemens XIV med den apostoliske konstitution Praecipua demandati. Området tilhørte tidligere ærkebispedømmet Vercelli. Bispedømmet var suffragan til ærkebispedømmet Torino. I 1803 blev bispedømmet opløst, men pave Pius VII genoprettede det den 17. juni med den apostoliske konstitution Beati Petri i 1817. Nu blev det suffragan til Vercelli.
