Le diocèse de Biella est un diocèse catholique romain situé en Italie, dont le siège se trouve dans la ville de Biella, dans la province du même nom. Le diocèse appartient à la province ecclésiastique de Vercelli et, avec les diocèses d'Alessandria, de Casale Monferrato et de Novara, il est suffragant à l'archidiocèse de Vercelli.
Le diocèse a été fondé le 1er juin 1772 par le pape Clément XIV avec la constitution apostolique Praecipua demandati. Avant cela, le territoire faisait partie de l'archidiocèse de Vercelli. Le diocèse était suffragant à l'archidiocèse de Turin. En 1803, le diocèse a été supprimé, mais le pape Pie VII l'a rétabli le 17 juin avec la constitution apostolique Beati Petri en 1817. Il est désormais suffragant à Vercelli.
