De San Giocacchino ai Prati Castello er en kirke beliggende i rione Prati ved Piazza dei Quiriti i Rom, helliget til den hellige Joachim, ifølge overleveringen far til Maria.
Kirken blev bygget af pave Leo XIII til fejring af sit femtiende præstjubileum. Den første sten blev lagt i 1887, men selve byggeriet af kirken begyndte først i 1891. I 1891 blev kirken åbnet for offentligheden, selvom kirken først blev indviet i 1898, og arbejdet på bygningen ville fortsætte indtil 1911. Kirken blev indviet til Joachim, fordi det var dåbsnavnet på pave Leo XIII.
