Palazzo della Borsa er et monumentalt palads fra det 19. århundrede beliggende på pladsen med samme navn i Napoli, regionen Campania, Italien. Bygningen, der er bygget i en akademisk og udsøgt neo-renaissance stil, har tidligere huset den lokale børs, men huser nu det napolitanske handelskammer.
Paladset blev designet i 1895 af Alfonso Guerra og Luigi Ferrara. På hver side af trappen står to bevingede genier, der bærer fakler og rider på bronzeløver. Denne skulptur af Luigi De Luca var ment som en allegori for fornuftens lys, der tæmmer vild kraft. Den store salon har freskomalerede lunetter af Gustavo Mancinelli, Gaetano Esposito, Vincenzo Migliaro, Alceste Campriani, Salvatore Postiglione, Salvatore Cozzolino, Gaetano d’Agostino og Giovanni Diana. Denne salon har stukarbejder af Ciro Sannino og Vincenzo Belligiono. På første sal er der en statue af Giuseppe del Fico.
