Kirken Sant'Antonio abate er et katolsk tilbedelsessted beliggende i bydelen Bozzolo i kommunen Brugnato, i provinsen La Spezia. Kirken er sæde for den navngivne sogn i vikariatet Brugnato i bispedømmet La Spezia-Sarzana-Brugnato.
Den nuværende religiøse bygning er resultatet af en rekonstruktion fra det 18. århundrede, der fandt sted på rester af en tidligere kirke, der går tilbage til 1350. Denne historiske oplysning er dokumenteret i en plade, indmuret i klokketårnet, som ordret citerer: MCCCL DIE XX AUGUSTI ANCHE ECCLEXIAM FECIT FIERI LANCEROTUS DE BOCOLO.
