Die Kirche Sant'Antonio Abate ist ein katholischer Ort der Anbetung, der im Ortsteil Bozzolo der Gemeinde Brugnato in der Provinz La Spezia liegt. Die Kirche ist Sitz der gleichnamigen Pfarrei des Vikariats Brugnato der Diözese La Spezia-Sarzana-Brugnato.
Das aktuelle religiöse Gebäude ist das Ergebnis eines Wiederaufbaus im 18. Jahrhundert, der auf den Überresten einer früheren Kirche, die auf 1350 zurückgeht, stattfand. Diese historische Nachricht wird durch eine Tafel, die im Glockenturm eingemauert ist, bezeugt, die wörtlich lautet: MCCCL DIE XX AUGUSTI ANCHE ECCLEXIAM FECIT FIERI LANCEROTUS DE BOCOLO.
