Grazia Maria Cosima Damiana Deledda, også kendt på sardisk som Gràssia eller Gràtzia Deledda, var en italiensk forfatter, der modtog Nobelprisen i litteratur i 1926 "for sine idealistisk inspirerede skrifter, som med plastisk klarhed skildrer livet på hendes hjemland [dvs. Sardinien] og med dybde og sympati beskæftiger sig med menneskelige problemer generelt". Hun var den første italienske kvinde, der modtog prisen, og kun den anden kvinde generelt efter Selma Lagerlöf, som blev tildelt sin i 1909.
