Grazia Maria Cosima Damiana Deledda, ook wel bekend in het Sardijns als Gràssia of Gràtzia Deledda si.a ðɛˈlɛɖːa]), was een Italiaanse schrijfster die in 1926 de Nobelprijs voor Literatuur ontving "voor haar idealistisch geïnspireerde schrijfsels die met plastische helderheid het leven op haar geboorte-eiland [d.w.z. Sardinië] afbeeldt en met diepgang en medemenselijkheid zich bezighoudt met menselijke problemen in het algemeen". Zij was de eerste Italiaanse vrouw die de prijs ontving, en slechts de tweede vrouw in het algemeen na Selma Lagerlöf die de hare in 1909 ontving.
