Parc'et ligger i den nordøstlige del af de luxembourgske Ardenner, ved trekantspunktet mellem Belgien, Tyskland og Luxembourg. På et areal af 306 km² og med cirka 16.000 indbyggere har syv kommuner samarbejdet om at forene naturbeskyttelse med økonomisk udvikling af regionen. De deltagende kommuner er Clervaux, Kiischpelt, Parc Hosingen, Putscheid, Tandel, Troisvierges og Vianden.
