Philharmonien i Luxembourg er en koncertsal beliggende på højsletten i Kirchberg, i Luxembourg By. Indviet i 2005, huser den omkring 400 optrædener årligt og er en af de vigtigste koncertsale i Europa. I 1997 blev Christian de Portzamparcs projekt udvalgt i slutningen af en international arkitekturkonkurrence, der blev lanceret af den nationale offentlige bygningadministration. Byggearbejdet på den nye koncertsal blev udført mellem foråret 2002 og sommeren 2005.
