Refugium St. Maximin, også Hôtel Saint Maximin, i Luxembourg var den lokale afdeling af Trierer Reichsabtei St. Maximin og er i dag sæde for premierministeren i Storhertugdømmet Luxembourg. Reichsabtei St. Maximin har været velhavende i Luxembourg siden de tidligste tider. Dens foged, greve Siegfried I., grundlæggeren af byen og landet Luxembourg, erhvervede i 963 en romersk vagttårn fra hende, som han udvidede til borgen Lucilinburhuc, som er kerneområdet for den nuværende by.
