Statuen af Johan de Witt er et 20. århundredes mindesmærke på Plaats i Haag, til minde om raadspræsident Johan de Witt. Det er lavet af Frederik Engel Jeltsema.
Johan de Witt, herre af Syd- og Nord-Linschoten, Snelrewaard, Hekendorp og IJsselvere, var i løbet af den Første Stadhouderløse Periode rådpræsident i grevskabet Holland i nitten år og dermed den vigtigste politiker i Den Hollandske Republik. Den 20. august 1672 blev De Witt og hans bror Cornelis myrdet.
